The Strategic Occupations part of the Provincial Nominee Program is intended to help employers in BC retain or recruit skilled and qualified foreign workers. To qualify as a Skilled Worker under the BC PNP one must have a job offer of an indeterminate length from an employer in BC, or a masters or doctorate degree from a BC post-secondary institution in the health, natural, or applied sciences.
